Australia – Australian vitamin, mineral, supplement, and skincare brand Swisse Wellness has onboarded duo Matt Ford and Jack Steele from The Inspired Unemployed as the creative directors of its new ‘Functional, Fun’ Gummies campaign made via Traffik Melbourne.

Under the collaboration, Ford and Steele worked with Swisse to co-design fashion garments influenced by their take on functionality, resulting in the ‘Swisse Gummies SS23 Collection’.

The campaign was inspired by the insight that Australian millennials care about their health, but are generally overwhelmed by the pressures of adulting and taking vitamins is often seen as just another thing on their to-do list.

Kerrie Wade, marketing director of ANZ at H&H Group, shared her excitement over the campaign and rollout of the new products.

“Our objective was to really communicate the amazing taste and benefits of our Gummies offering, in a fun and engaging way that is new and disruptive for the VMS category,” Wade said.

The ‘Functional, Fun’ Gummies campaign was launched with the Gummie Collection wrap party hosted by The Inspired Unemployed. It will also roll out as an integrated campaign through OOH, online and digital extensions, and a PR and comedic-led social campaign from February 10.

Swisse has also previously launched its brand platform ‘Reach for Your Reason’, which was aimed at encouraging Australians to discover their motivation for creating and maintaining a holistic wellness routine.

Sydney, Australia – Local vitamin and supplement brand Swisse has launched its latest brand platform called ‘Reach for Your Reason’, which aims to encourage Australians to discover their motivation for creating and maintaining a holistic wellness routine.

As part of the brand platform launch, a 30-second TVC has been launched, which is anchored on the insight that nothing drives someone like their deep-seated motivation; that is what keeps them going through all of life’s challenges.

The brand platform goes further to communicate the message that while premium formulas and products can help people perform, people need purpose first and foremost, before they pick up a product. Whether one is physically or emotionally exhausted, digging deep within one’s self and finding the reason gives one the power to push forward.

For Kerrie Wade, marketing director for ANZ at Health & Happiness Group, the campaign is just the first moment in a series to encourage Australians to approach their health and happiness with a greater sense of personal meaning and instill a sense of possibility about what they can achieve.

“Swisse provides a foundation for achieving sustained health and happiness but to live a full life Australians must first understand what they’re living for. Once they’ve found that reason, together the possibilities are endless,” Wade stated.

The campaign was made in collaboration with Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, who was appointed as Swisse’s creative agency of record in July 2021.

Rich Williams, executive creative director at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, commented, “We’re asking you to do one thing before you take Swisse, ask yourself why. Because Swisse is only part of the solution, it takes motivation and understanding to truly be successful on your health journey.”

The new brand platform launched this week with an integrated multivitamins campaign through TV, OOH, path to purchase, online and digital extensions, and is the first in a series of content that will highlight the brand’s extensive portfolio.

Thailand – Swisse, an Australian-made skincare brand, has announced that its recent campaign on social media platform TikTok has charged the skincare market in Thailand.

The campaign, which was developed in collaboration with advertising firm Ogilvy Singapore, is a hashtag challenge on TikTok that allows the brand to target young women aged 20 to 35 to create strong brand awareness, engagement, and establish its presence in social media and e-commerce.

Titled ‘#MaskingforbeautywithSwisse’, the campaign centers on the idea that no matter how unique or outrageous one’s current facial regimen is, Swisse’s clay masks are simple to use and give better results that can be felt and seen while using all-natural ingredients.

According to Swisse, the challenge encouraged Thai TikTok users to showcase their most unique home facial treatments. Swisse has offered them beauty products valued at THB100,000 as a prize for the most unique do-it-yourself (DIY) facial treatment submissions.

“The conversion goal was to drive consumers directly from the link on Swisse HTC page to the Swisse Official Brand stores on Watsons, Shopee, and Lazada,” said Swisse.
