Australia – Icon Agency has announced Kate Griffiths’s promotion to the role of director of brand and change. In this new role, Griffiths will lead teams in this capacity, handling the development of creative behaviour change campaigns and brand activities with a heavy emphasis on building positive, cause-driven impact. Griffiths’s promotion takes effect immediately. She is based in Melbourne.
She brings her experience in tackling intricate briefs, addressing nuanced social issues, and providing guidance to brands undergoing changing journeys, helping them to become genuine catalysts for change in addressing social issues.
