Singapore – Lynn Poh, formerly of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts who took the role of senior director for loyalty and marketing in APAC, has now jumped into a new position as head of CRM at COMO Hotels and Resorts

Poh made the announcement on her LinkedIn, and shared that in the first few days at the Singapore-headquartered global hotel brand, she has already seen “positive and energetic vibes of team members across the various business units.” 

At Wyndham, Poh lead and managed all aspects of the hotel’s loyalty program, Wyndham Rewards, which included overall brand marketing, e-commerce, and PR activities. She helmed this responsibility for the SEAPR region and was eventually elevated to lead its loyalty and marketing efforts for the whole of APAC. 

According to her LinkedIn, for her new role at COMO Hotels and Resorts, she will be leading and managing all of its CRM- and loyalty-related initiatives, programs, and campaigns. She will be contributing to the hotel’s corporate marketing strategy to achieve overall business objectives in driving customer and member profitability.
