London, United Kingdom – Committed to global expansion and future growth, global integrated communications agency WE Communications has announced two regional executive roles for APAC and EMEA, promoting Avian WE group CEO Nitin Mantri to regional executive managing director for APAC, and WE’s UK managing director Ruth Allchurch to regional executive managing director for EMEA.

Mantri and Allchurch will both help in strengthening the agency’s operations in APAC and EMEA by overseeing client retention and business development, nurturing the teams of talents, and driving strategic growth initiatives through the development of new client services and capabilities. 

The two new hires will report to the president of International and global chief operating officer Kass Sells, who oversees WE’s eight international markets and its affiliate network. 

Speaking on Mantri’s appointment, Sells said that he has demonstrated his ability to develop teams and business operations that fuels the agency’s growth. Meanwhile, Sells considers Allchurch as a leader of action who will extend her knowledge to EMEA, after seeing her as an instrument for growth in their UK Business.

Sells added, “I’m proud of how each of these leaders has evolved at WE, developing their teams, building successful relationships with clients, all with an eye toward the future.”

Mantri will maintain his Avian WE Group CEO title while Allchurch will continue to manage WE’s recent acquisition of Hopscotch Consulting.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands – DEPT®, a global digital agency, today announced that Matt Lynch will take on the role of chief executive officer for the EMEA region to accelerate growth across Europe. He will support global CEO Dimi Albers, and work alongside DEPT®’s other regional leaders including Missy Foristall for the Americas and Vishnu Mohan for Asia-Pacific

Lynch was previously CEO of FEED/DEPT®, an agency under DEPT that specialises in delivering hyper-personalised content at scale for brands such as eBay, Gumtree, and Ancestry. While based in the UK, he will be responsible for driving growth across EMEA, expanding the agency’s service lines, and growing the teams in each market. 

His appointment comes off the back of a year of growth for DEPT® globally. The agency won several competitive pitches for clients like BMW, Diageo, Cisco, Constellation Brands, Gucci, Samsung, Inter Milan, and Reckitt Benckiser, and added a number of new agencies including Hello Monday, Dogstudio, 3Q and Two Bulls to the family.

Furthermore, DEPT®’s operations in Europe has reportedly registered exponential growth working with brands such as Philips, Amazon Prime, H&M, and the Eurovision Song Contest.

He added, “Since Matt and his team joined us, he has played a significant part in further elevating operations and in continuing to grow relationships with existing clients, such as eBay. He’s also been involved in the launch of our creative automation practice and serving as interim managing director in Germany. I’m stoked to see what he achieves next in this new position.”

Singapore – VJ Anand, current head of creative for VaynerMedia APAC, will be promoted to executive creative director of EMEA. As part of the promotion, Anand will relocate to London to perform his role. The new role takes effect in November this year.

During his previous APAC role, he managed creative teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, and India, leading projects for PepsiCo and Prudential.

Meanwhile, as part of EMEA leadership appointments, current head of client partnership Daisy Domenghini is promoted to the role of managing director for EMEA. During her previous role, she led the addition of Durex, Zalando, and Indeed as clients. Prior to VaynerMedia, Daisy was global client MD at The Engine Group.
