<p>Ada Lazaro has been with the McDonald’s brand for almost 15 years. She has earned for the brand a Hall of Fame recognition for consecutive success of sales driving and brand building campaigns. Before taking the role of Chief Marketing Officer, she held a regional role and worked closely with 12 Asian markets in accelerating growth opportunities for the region.</p>
<p>Before joining McDonald’s, she spent 3 years in FMCG giving her a total of 18 years marketing experience.</p>
<p>Joaquin San Agustin’s 30-year mastery of marketing finds its genesis in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, with his primary clientele being leaders of the mid-market segment.</p>
<p>It is this experience that molded his approach of transformative consumer-centric communication that not only delivers results but echoes, then shapes consumer preference. This is most evident in the launch of Talk N’ Text and PLDT MyDSL in the Philippines, two pioneering telecommunications products that gave Filipinos accessible connectivity options in a fast-growing mobile market still in its infancy in the early 2000s.</p>
<p>Known to his colleagues simply as Jon Jon, he believes the most impactful marketing can always be found in what is simple, straightforward, and true.</p>
<p>Presently, he lends his expertise to retail giant and leading Philippine mall chain SM Supermalls, serving as its Executive Vice President for Marketing. He leads strategies spanning digital, advertising, corporate marketing, media, mall marketing, and crisis management.</p>
<p>Under his direction, SM Supermalls received multiple industry distinctions, the most notable of which are ASEAN’s Strongest Retail Brand of 2025 from Brand Finance, the Agora Award in 2018 for Marketing Company of the Year and a triple win as Organization of the Year at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards in 2025, 2019 and 2018. In recognition of his leadership excellence, he was named Executive Brand Builder of the Year at the Panata Awards 2025.</p>
Francis is a Philippine sea travel and commerce leader driving innovation in passenger shipping, tourism, and regional trade. With over two decades in marketing, sales, and operations, he champions sea travel as a platform for economic growth, entrepreneurship, and cultural connection. He is passionate about transforming maritime routes into corridors of opportunity, enabling Filipinos to move goods, ideas, and livelihoods across islands while advancing sustainable, inclusive travel in the archipelago.
Cookie is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience shaping ABS-CBN’s distinctive brand of storytelling through marketing that connects with audiences on emotional and purpose-driven levels. At ABS-CBN, she helped bring campaigns like Tulong na, Tabang na, Tayo na to life, turning advocacy into action through fundraising and relief efforts. She also served as President and Key Chief Officer of Play Innovations and Governor of KidZania Manila, creating enriching educational experiences for children through the power of play. She now leads Integrated Marketing, Licensing, and Customer Experience, bringing strategy, creativity, and heart to every initiative.
Jenny is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in brand building across the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and fitness industries. She has led both global and local brands, combining strategic vision with strong on-ground execution to drive growth and community engagement. Currently Head of Marketing for Anytime Fitness Alpha Group, she specializes in turning insights into impactful campaigns that build relevance, loyalty, and long-term brand equity.
Stephanie Balois Guerrero is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth across FMCG, food, banking, and digital businesses in Southeast Asia and the United States. She is Vice President and Head of Marketing at Bounty Plus Inc., leading brand strategy and customer marketing across a multi-brand portfolio. She is an Adjunct Faculty member teaching marketing at the Asian Institute of Management and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Jogent has a decade of marketing experience spanning retail, advertising, fintech, and the restaurant industry, specializing in brand, digital, influencer, and more. He currently serves as the Marketing Director at Domino’s Pizza, the world’s leading pizza chain. His strategic initiatives have consistently driven sales growth and enhanced brand visibility, showcasing his ability to deliver results in competitive markets.

<p>With over 2 decades of cross-industry brand management experience coming from industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical Consumer Health, Technology and F&B with Wine, Coffee and now Rum, Jo a multi-awarded Marketing professional has succeeded with brands she’s worked on that aspired to create impact with their ideas and campaigns and ensure their message was heard by their target end consumers.</p>
<p>From working with multinational giants like Cadbury, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Samsung, to engaging with top wineries in Bordeaux, France and then years after heading up Marketing, Brand Communications and PR at Starbucks Philippines, one thing that’s consistent has always been her ability to deliver a refreshing approach at finding a better perspective to delivering a unique and captivating brand story that propels brands to live longer in the consumers minds and hearts.</p>

He manages a ₱3B portfolio that includes Carlo Rossi, Barefoot, Apothic, Carnivor, Harveys, Dark Horse, and Pik-Nik, and has a proven track record of delivering record-breaking sales, category leadership, and brand growth.</p>
<p>With an MBA in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans, a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, and global experience across Diageo, Asia Brewery, Unilever, NutriAsia, and Western Union, Greg brings strategic vision, commercial acumen, and a warrior ethos to building brands, leading teams, and advancing the hospitality and restaurant industry.</p>
<p>Donna Salgado is Assistant Vice President for Marketing, PR, and Corporate Communications at Eton Properties Philippines, where she also serves as CX Committee Head and Sustainability Committee Head. She leads brand, experience, and reputation strategy across the company’s residential, commercial, and property management portfolios, aligning marketing, service design, and governance into one cohesive customer journey.</p>
<p>Her work has been recognized with six FIABCI Philippines Property Awards, including four awards in 2025 and two Gold awards in 2026 across mixed-use, retail, master-planned, and office categories. Eton has also been named in Hubexo’s Top Ten Developers in the Philippines, with additional recognition from the Carousell Property Awards for Sustainability Leadership and Excellence in Brand Transformation. She is a returning MARKETECH APAC speaker, having joined What’s Next in Marketing Philippines in 2024 and 2026 on generative AI and customer experience.</p>

An Executive MBA graduate of the Asian Institute of Management, Will brings a sharp strategic lens to revenue generation, brand execution, business transformation, and value-driven marketing excellence.
<p>Rolan “Diet” Lagura is a marketing practitioner with extensive experience, including 16 years in the Telco industry and 11 years in the insurance sector. Diet champions a strategic mindset and consistently spearheads innovative, customer-centric campaigns. As Head of Brand and Marketing Operations at FWD Life Insurance Philippines, his leadership has been instrumental in driving the brand’s growth.</p>
<p>Notably, Diet played a key role in award-winning campaigns, including the recent FWD Dynamic Content Engine campaign with Meta, which showcased the convergence of digital marketing and technology. The campaign highlighted his ability to leverage digital platforms to enhance customer experiences and was recognized across multiple award platforms. Dani is the Head of Brand Marketing at Goldilocks Bakeshop Philippines, Inc., one of the country’s most iconic food retail brands. She leads brand strategy, portfolio management, and campaign development, driving growth across a diverse product range rooted in Filipino heritage. Prior to joining Goldilocks, Dani held marketing leadership and management roles under Angkas, Foodpanda Philippines, Del Monte, and Rebisco.
Bea Bravo is the Country Marketing Head for Grab Philippines, leading the company’s overall marketing organization and brand strategy across all verticals. She drives growth through tech-powered marketing, cultural storytelling, and integrated campaigns that connect with millions of consumers daily. With over a decade of experience across tech and FMCG, she is passionate about building brands that people don’t just use, but genuinely trust and love.
<p>Mark Charles Salecina is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and commercial growth in the Philippines. He currently serves as Head of Marketing at JINS Philippines Inc., Japan’s No. 1 eyewear brand, leading digital transformation, store expansion, and customer-centric initiatives.</p>
<p>Previously, he was Head of Retail Marketing at MR.DIY, where he pioneered brand building and sales acceleration. Under his leadership, MR.DIY earned its first major recognitions including Retail Asia Awards in Singapore, Marketing Excellence Awards, and Marketech Awards last 2025. He is known for collaborative leadership and building brands from the ground up.</p>
Mari is Vice President and Head of Marketing and Business Channels at Mang Inasal (Jollibee Group), driving growth across brand, channels, trade, retail, and digital marketing. With nearly 20 years’ experience, he has held multiple roles across the Jollibee Group. At Red Ribbon, he led a business turnaround and built its enduring bestsellers. At Jollibee, he helped build the business across its iconic product portfolio. Mari is a 10th Mansmith Young Market Master Awardee for Brand Management.
Nicole Villarojo is the Chief Marketing Officer of PepsiCo Philippines Beverages, leading brand, communications, and growth across a portfolio at the center of culture and everyday consumption. She spent most of her career at Procter & Gamble, where she built and stewarded iconic brands across markets, developing deep expertise in consumer understanding, brand strategy, and execution. Nicole brings a modern perspective on brand building, shaped by creators, communities, and participation, viewing brands as evolving systems designed to stay relevant and resonant.
Leanne Jacinto-Ledesma is the Marketing Director of Perfetti Van Melle Philippines. She has over 20 years of marketing and brand building experience across the FMCG and Consumer Healthcare industry segments. In her current role, she leads the strategic and sustainability agenda of the company and is passionate about working with teams to drive P&L performance, marketing innovation while delivering sustainable profitable growth. Previously, she held marketing leadership roles in Nestle Philippines and GSK Consumer Healthcare (now Haleon) where she managed mega brands NESCAFE Classic, MILO and NESTEA among others.
<p>Patricia Tan is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (since March 1, 2024). She was the Head of Customer Segmentation Group from July 16, 2021, to February 29, 2024.</p>

All candidates or organisations must conduct business or have remote operations within the Philippines.
Marketing Campaigns Category Eligibility
All marketing campaigns done from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025, are eligible to enter. Organisations are welcome to submit multiple entries across all categories.
Marketing campaigns or projects can be ongoing or temporary/experimental. Entries are eligible if they began, ended, or overlapped with the eligibility period, including those with execution or outcomes during this timeframe.
Open to brands, agencies, and tech organisations based in or operating within the Philippines. For APAC, organisations based in any market across Asia Pacific are eligible. Campaigns must have been executed within the eligibility period in the Philippines, or regionally/globally, provided Philippines is included.
Agency Category Eligibility
Accomplishments submitted for entry should cover the eligibility period from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. Agencies are welcome to submit multiple entries across relevant agency categories, showcasing the collective achievements of their teams and overall impact within the sector.
Exclusively for innovators in key agency roles and high-performing teams within the agency sector operating in the Philippines. Campaigns must have been executed within the eligibility period in the Philippines or regionally/globally, provided Philippines is included.
Individual and Team Categories Eligibility
Accomplishments to be submitted for entry should cover the eligibility period from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. Leaders, executives, teams, and agencies are welcome to submit multiple entries across all categories.
Exclusively for trailblazers in leadership positions and high-performing teams within the marketing, agency, or technology sectors operating in the Philippines. Campaigns must have been executed within the eligibility period in the Philippines or regionally/globally, provided Philippines is included.
PAYMENT TERMS
Entry fees are payable in US Dollars (USD). Upon completion and submission of your entries, you are liable to pay the entry fee.
The MARKETECH APAC Team will send your invoice together with our bank details. As for the payment method, you can choose
between credit card/ debit card payments or bank transfers.
If you decide to pay through a credit card or debit card, the MARKETECH APAC Team will be sending you a link to make the payment
online however the amount will be converted into Philippines Peso (PhP). If you opt for the bank transfer method, you are accountable
for any associated bank fees. Ensure that you clearly specify the purpose of the transfer when making the transaction at the bank.
Once you have completed the transfer, please provide the confirmed transaction proof, clearly stating the entry/entries and invoice
number, for such payment, which will be emailed to [email protected].
Entries are considered pending until payment is made in full. If payment is not received by the final entry deadline, entries will not
move to the judging stage. All payments are final. Any ineligible or withdrawn entries cannot be refunded.
