London, United Kingdom – Due to its growth across the regions of North America, EMEA, and APAC, global executive search firm Grace Blue has announced its new appointments including Sarah Skinner as its global managing director and Helen Duffy as its CEO for Asia-Pacific Region.

Skinner will be responsible for ensuring the firm’s service quality across the divisions of consumer brands, agencies, media, entertainment, and sports whilst Duffy will continue to lead the APAC operations. 

Simultaneously, Grace Blue restructures its advisory board led by its chairman Ian Priest. Juliet Timms joins the advisory board as its board advisor to help in supporting the Grace Blue team and its clients.

Moreover, the advisory board also welcomes Sherilyn Shackle, CEO and founder of The Marketing Academy and Tim Shaw, ex-commercial director of the Ryder Cup and PGA European Tour.

Global CEO Jay Haines said that Skinner has been a truly brilliant ambassador for the Grace Blue brand and their team is excited to have her to continuously grow the business worldwide.

Singapore – Global executive search firm Grace Blue has announced that it will be expanding further in Asia-Pacific and invest in its Singapore office. As part of its expansion, the firm has appointed two new hires namely Ayesha Desquiens as partner and Valerie Shen as associate consultant.

Desquiens, who is originally from India, is a seasoned international executive recruiter who has lived and worked across India, Japan and France and has specialised in helping brands from the consumer, technology and media industries in key markets such as Japan, India, Korea, Australia and Europe.

She will join the team from Paris before moving to the APAC region later in the year to partner closely with global clients headquartered in EMEA and the US and hiring in the APAC region.

Meanwhile, Shen, who is based in Singapore, has a long marketing and advertising experience with over 10 years spent at leading agencies such as Y&R and Hogarth Worldwide managing blue chip clients in industries such as academia, automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail and tourism industries across APAC.

Both Desquines and Shen will be reporting to Helen Duffy, CEO for APAC at Grace Blue.
