Cynthia started off her career in Media Planning and as a Cabin Crew before joining Sunway Malls. In Sunway Malls, she had undertaken various roles; working her way up from a PR executive to an astute marketing professional before becoming the Head of Customer Experience. She has an innate passion in improving customer’s experience. In her time in Sunway Malls, she has seen and participated in the growth from 1 Mall to 7 other malls plus 1 eMall.
