The process of submitting your entries for the Empowered Women Awards 2026 is entirely conducted online. The deadline for the submission of entries is on 18 September 2026 at 11:59 PM SGT.

    Enhance your entry with up to 5 supporting materials, such as high-resolution images (JPEG/PNG at 300 dpi), videos (via YouTube or Vimeo links), or other relevant files. These should demonstrate your organisation’s impact and innovation, adding depth and credibility to your submission.
  3. Entry Submission Form
    Fill out the official entry submission form from the website. Provide accurate contact details and ensure all required fields are completed clearly and professionally.

    Fill in the required Contacts for the Shortlist Notice Form from the nomination kit. Provide contact details for each credited organisation to ensure all partners are notified of the shortlist’s success.

The Empowered Women Awards celebrate the achievements of women who are leading, innovating, and driving meaningful impact in marketing and technology. Entries should showcase initiatives, campaigns, programmes, or leadership projects that demonstrate influence, measurable results, and a lasting contribution to their organisation, industry, or community.

To qualify, work must have been launched and executed between 1 October 2024 to 30 June 2026. Initiatives that began within this period and continue into 2026 are welcome, as long as submitted work and outcomes fall within the eligibility window. 

Submissions can come from individual women, teams led by women, or organisations nominating women leaders. Entries may be submitted in multiple categories where applicable, but each submission must clearly show how the work meets the specific criteria of the chosen category. Each entry must be submitted separately and include the corresponding entry fee.

People Category & Special Awards Eligibility

  • Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience and have been with their current organisation for at least six (6) months at the time of nomination. Leadership may be demonstrated in a senior role, such as Chief-level executives (C-level), Directors, Vice Presidents (VPs), Heads of Departments, General Managers (GMs), or Managing Directors (MDs), provided their impact is clearly reflected in the success or performance of their organisation.
  • Empowered Women in Agency – Open to women in marketing or creative agencies who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a measurable impact on their agency’s success.
  • Empowered Women in Marketing – Open to women on the brand/marketing side who lead with vision, drive their team’s performance, and make a significant impact on their company and the industry.
  • Empowered Women in Tech – Open to women in technology companies who show outstanding leadership, contribute to business growth, and champion innovation in the industry.
  • Empowered Women in SME – Open to women in SMEs (≤250 employees) or women entrepreneurs who demonstrate strategic leadership, drive growth, and showcase exceptional impact within their organisation.
  • Female CEO of the Year – Open to women CEOs who drive strategic growth, shape organisational vision, and deliver measurable results for their company.
  • Visionary Woman of Agency Leadership – Open to women in agencies who inspire teams, champion innovation, and make a significant impact on their agency’s success.
  • Visionary Woman of Marketing Leadership – Open to women in brand or marketing roles who lead with influence, translate vision into action, and drive meaningful change in their company and the industry.
  • Visionary Woman of Technology Leadership – Open to women in technology companies who promote innovation, advance business growth, and serve as role models shaping the future of tech

Marketing Campaign & Tech Innovation Eligibility.

  • These initiatives should exclusively cover the period from 1 October 2024 to 30 June 2026, ensuring that only achievements and efforts within this specified timeframe are considered for evaluation. The campaign must have been led by a woman holding a managerial position or above, with clear responsibility for strategy, execution, and outcomes.
  • Marketing Campaign – Marketing campaigns or projects may fall into two (2) categories: ongoing campaigns or temporary/experimental campaigns. Campaigns that overlap with the eligibility period are eligible, provided that the submission focuses on the objectives, strategies, execution, and results demonstrated during the eligibility timeframe. Eligible campaigns may be local, regional, or global, as long as they were implemented in at least one (1) market within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Tech Innovation – Tech innovations may fall into three (3) categories: permanent technologies, temporary/experimental innovations, or project-based implementations. For permanent technologies, initiatives implemented before the eligibility period may still be submitted, provided that the entry clearly outlines the objectives, development process, and implementation, and includes year-on-year results demonstrating performance within the eligibility timeframe. Eligible innovations may be local, regional, or global, as long as they were deployed in at least one (1) market within the Asia-Pacific region.

Entry fees are payable in US Dollars (USD). Upon completion and submission of your entries, you are liable to pay the entry fee.
The MARKETECH APAC Team will send your invoice together with our bank details. As for the payment method, you can choose
between credit card/ debit card payments or bank transfers.

If you decide to pay through a credit card or debit card, the MARKETECH APAC Team will be sending you a link to make the payment
online however the amount will be converted into Philippines Peso (PhP). If you opt for the bank transfer method, you are accountable
for any associated bank fees. Ensure that you clearly specify the purpose of the transfer when making the transaction at the bank.

Once you have completed the transfer, please provide the confirmed transaction proof, clearly stating the entry/entries and invoice
number, for such payment, which will be emailed to [email protected].

Entries are considered pending until payment is made in full. If payment is not received by the final entry deadline, entries will not
move to the judging stage. All payments are final. Any ineligible or withdrawn entries cannot be refunded.
