Melissa Henson is the Chief Marketing Officer at AIA Philippines, leading customer and marketing strategy, brand, communications, customer experience, and ESG. She has over two decades of experience across banking and insurance, previously holding leadership roles at Manulife Philippines, PBCOM, and Citibank. Melissa holds a Psychology degree from Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where she received a Dean’s Citation for Service.
