Alex de Leon is Group Vice President of Marketing & Growth at PropertyGuru, where he leads both consumer and B2B marketing across Southeast Asia. He previously held leadership roles at Google, Meta, and HBO, scaling products and businesses across the region. As a founding member of Google Philippines and former Head of Product Marketing for Instagram APAC, he helped launch Stories and Reels to over 500 million users. Alex holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Boston College.
