Sachin is a growth-focused retail & consumer leader with a proven track record of scaling businesses, working across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India. He currently leads the Southeast Asia expansion for Babyshop – a 50-year-old, one-stop-shop brand for baby and child needs. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, building demand for the brand, scaling online and offline channels, developing local sourcing capabilities, and managing the end-to-end P&L of the business. With a regionally adapted go-to-market strategy, the brand now stands as a category leader in Malaysia.
His earlier experience includes working at Babyshop’s HQ in Dubai directly with the global CEO, leading high-impact growth, turnaround, and customer experience initiatives across multiple markets. Sachin began his career in analytics consulting at Mu Sigma, working with global consumer brands such as Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson. An MBA from the Indian School of Business, he brings a strong mix of analytical rigor, operational depth, and strategic leadership.
