Singapore – Marina Bay precinct partners United Overseas Bank, Marina Bay Sands, and the Singapore Tourism Board, together with Disney Cruise Line, have unveiled a two-month precinct-wide activation culminating in a three-night fireworks sky show over Singapore’s skyline from 13 to 15 March 2026.

Titled “Adventure Begins: A Magical Bay Celebration with Disney Cruise Line”, the activation runs from 26 February to 30 April 2026 and marks the third edition of the Marina Bay Precinct Partnership. 

It is designed to drive visitorship, spending, and engagement across the Bay through coordinated retail, dining, hospitality, and digital experiences.

Sarah Fox, vice president and regional general manager, Southeast Asia, Disney Cruise Line, said, “Disney Cruise Line marks a defining milestone with the Disney Adventure arriving in Singapore, where Disney’s timeless stories and characters are brought to life through a unique cruise vacation experience.” 

The campaign is anchored by a 10-minute Disney Cruise Line-inspired fireworks showcase set against the Marina Bay waterfront. Beginning at 8.30pm each night, the display will feature choreographed pyrotechnics set to well-known Disney songs and visuals inspired by the Disney Adventure’s seven themed zones. 

The activation precedes the arrival of the Disney Adventure, the cruise line’s first ship to homeport in Asia, which sets sail from Singapore on 10 March 2026.

“We are thrilled to join and be part of the iconic Marina Bay cityscape, bringing joy and happiness to guests and Disney fans of all ages. This spectacular sky show truly encapsulates the spirit of the Disney Adventure—through fantasy, imagination, discovery, and adventure—and is a testament to the start of more meaningful collaborations throughout Singapore,” Fox added. 

Beyond the sky show, seven Bay locations will host Disney Cruise Line-themed photo installations and on-ground quests, where UOB customers can collect limited-edition medallions. 

Jacquelyn Tan, head, group personal financial services, UOB, said, “We are excited to co-drive the transformation of Marina Bay into Singapore’s most magical precinct in celebration of the Disney Adventure’s arrival in Singapore.”

On the digital front, UOB will launch a themed in-app game on its TMRW platform across ASEAN markets, with top scorers in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam winning a three-night sailing. 

More than 70 restaurants, hotels, retailers, and attractions across Marina Bay will offer exclusive UOB promotions of up to 50 per cent as part of the precinct-wide effort.

“We strive to reinforce UOB’s position as the preferred partner for extraordinary customer experiences as we bring together and deepen engagement with visitors of the Bay and fans of Disney to participate in a range of activities over these two months,” Tan highlighted.

Singapore – United Overseas Bank (UOB) has collaborated with Disney Cruise Line to reward its cardholders booking on the ‘Disney Adventure’ cruise.

UOB cardholders in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam can enjoy benefits when they book cruise vacations starting Dec. 10.

The three-year partnership’s benefits also extend to cardholders booking on UOB’s travel partners UOB Travel Planners, Klook, Traveloka, and Trip.com. Benefits vary among travel partners.

As part of the partnership, UOB has launched the ‘Let the Magic Begin’ campaign through activities.

Customers can get a chance to win a 3-night voyage on the Disney Adventure when using their cards to spend, deposit on their accounts, or make transactions using the UOB TMRW app.

UOB is also rewarding character plushies to the first 1,000 cardholders who exceed $2000 in spending in a period of 10 days.

Additionally, customers can collect stamp cards inspired by the seven areas inside the Disney Adventure cruise line. UOB will reward limited-edition Disney Cruise Line-themed items to those who finish the stamp collection from Dec. 1 to Jan. 12, 2025.

Meanwhile, UOB cardholders can also earn rewards when visiting and purchasing at Jewel Changi Airport’s ‘The Gift of Disney Cruise Line at Jewel’ holiday event.

“UOB is thrilled to team up with Disney Cruise Line on our quest to provide cardholders with unique privileges for their Disney Adventure cruise vacations in this first-of-its-kind collaboration in the region. Singapore –Jewel Changi Airport is set to open a Disney Cruise Line-themed spectacle in time for the year-end holidays. ‘The Gift of Disney Cruise Line at Jewel’ event will run from Nov. 8, 2024 to Jan. 2, 2025 at Canopy Park, Jewel’s topmost floor.

The spectacle comprises interactive displays in seven themed areas inspired by Disney Adventure, an upcoming cruise ship that homeports in Singapore next year. It features photo installations of iconic characters from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel.

Inspired from Disney Adventure’s Imagination Garden, the installation features a hedge maze, where visitors will be welcomed by a life-sized Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey statue. At Foggy Bowls area, Big Hero 6’s Baymax stands amidst a San Fransokyo Street-themed landscape.

As part of its partnership with Disney Cruise Line, Jewel is offering limited-edition collectibles, which customers can purchase with a S$60 single receipt. The items include a sling bag, duffel bag, travel organiser, and luggage.

Visitors can also get the chance to win a 4-day, 3-night cruise vacation on the Disney Adventure. Additionally, if they arrive wearing Disney, Pixar, or Marvel outfits, they will be granted free access at Canopy Park on Nov. 16 and 17.
