HOW TO ENTER

The process of submitting your entries for the NEXT Awards Indonesia 2025 is entirely conducted online. The deadline for the submission of entries is on 16 June 2025 at 11 PM PHT.

To ensure a smooth and successful submission, follow these steps when preparing your entry:

  1. Download the Nomination Kit and carefully review the Entry Guidelines. These guidelines provide a comprehensive overview of the rules, criteria, and requirements for each category. Adhering to them will help ensure a seamless submission.
  2. Complete the Entry Document for your chosen category, found in the Nomination Kit. Ensure your responses meet the word limits for each question. Gather supporting materials, such as images, into one cloud folder and include the link in your Entry Document. For videos, share the URL from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo, and insert the link directly into the document.
  3. Review your submission carefully before submitting. Check that all information is accurate and that all required materials are attached. Make any necessary edits or additions.
  4. Save your completed Entry Document as a PDF and upload it through the Entry Submission Form. Along with the document, prepare additional assets such as a high-resolution company logo, headshot, and bios, and upload them on the same page.
  5. After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your entry.
  6. Once your entry is submitted, you will be responsible for paying the entry fee. The MARKETECH APAC Team will send an invoice with payment details. You can choose between credit/debit card payments or bank transfers. Please finalise your payment before the judging process begins. Entries are considered pending until payment is made in full. If payment is not received by the final entry deadline, entries will not move to the judging stage. All payments are final. Any ineligible or withdrawn entries cannot be refunded.

ELIGIBILITY

All candidates or organisations must conduct business or have remote operations within Indonesia.

Marketing Campaigns Category Eligibility

All marketing campaigns done from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, are eligible to enter. Organisations are welcome to submit multiple entries across all categories.

Marketing campaigns or projects can be ongoing or temporary/experimental. Entries are eligible if they began, ended, or overlapped with the eligibility period, including those with execution or outcomes during this timeframe.

Open to brands, agencies, and tech organisations based in or operating within Indonesia. For APAC, organisations based in any marketacross Asia Pacific are eligible. Campaigns must have been executed within the eligibility period in Indonesia, or regionally/globally, provided Indonesia is included.

 

Agency Category Eligibility

Accomplishments submitted for entry should cover the eligibility period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Agencies are welcome to submit multiple entries across relevant agency categories, showcasing the collective achievements of their teams and overall impact within the sector.

Exclusively for innovators in key agency roles and high-performing teams within the agency sector operating in Indonesia. Campaigns must have been executed within the eligibility period in Indonesia or regionally/globally, provided Indonesia is included.

 

Individual and Team Categories Eligibility

Accomplishments to be submitted for entry should cover the eligibility period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Leaders, executives, teams, and agencies are welcome to submit multiple entries across all categories.

Exclusively for trailblazers in leadership positions and high-performing teams within the marketing, agency, or technology sectors operating in Indonesia. Campaigns must have been executed within the eligibility period in Indonesia or regionally/globally, provided Indonesia is included.

  • Objective (20% – Max. of 500 words)
    • Identify the marketing challenges and core objectives the campaign addresses and explain why they are significant to the brand, industry, or market. Emphasise the problem’s significance to the brand or organisation and explain why addressing it was essential for driving innovation, fostering creativity, or achieving broader business goals.
  • Strategy (25% – Max. of 500 words)
    • Explain the strategic approach behind the agency’s objectives and campaign and how the chosen strategies were developed to address the identified problem.
