Milan, Italy – Sven Huberts has joined LePub as global president, tasked with scaling the agency’s connected creative model and further integrating data, culture and technology to drive measurable business outcomes for brands.

In his new role, Huberts will oversee the agency’s global go-to-market strategy, operations and continued expansion. His appointment comes as LePub refines its operating model, with a focus on aligning creativity more closely with data and technology capabilities across the network.

The agency has been building out proprietary platforms such as its Data & Culture Lab, while also drawing on the broader data and technology infrastructure of parent company Publicis Groupe. LePub said the aim is to create a more integrated model in which data, cultural insight and creative technology inform campaign development and client growth strategies.

He is perfectly placed to build on LePub’s momentum and lead the agency into its next chapter – one that is grounded in creativity, fuelled by data and powered by a new level of connectedness,” Demet Ikiler, EMEA CEO at Publicis Groupe, commented. 

Huberts was most recently with dentsu where he served as president of global innovation & experience and president of Dentsu Lab. He previously held the role of EMEA president, experience at Dentsu Creative, overseeing experience-led work across the region. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Isobar and co-founded mobile agency Marvellous.

Commenting on his new role, Huberts said, “Creativity remains the most powerful driver of difference and growth. What’s changing is how it works, how it scales and how it learns. At LePub, we’re building a new model where culture and innovation strengthen one another, creating transformative experiences that set new standards.” 

Huberts joins LePub following five years of growth since its launch in 2020. The creative network now operates 10 hubs across nine markets, including new offices opened last year in London, New York and Bogotá.

The appointment marks the next stage in LePub’s development as it seeks to position itself as a data-informed creative network, expanding its international footprint while strengthening its technology and intelligence capabilities.
