Stephanie Chan leads DETERMINANT’s global brand, marketing, and business development & partnerships. She is a noteworthy practitioner in the sustainability space. Prior to this role, she led sustainability for Esquel Group; worked at Edelman where she consulted brands on their sustainability strategy and practices. Stephanie also worked for the United Nations in New York.

Laurent is currently leading the eCommerce business and digital initiatives for Lacoste fashion brand within APAC region, where he is driving the brand strategy to more localization and better understanding of the fragmented landscape of Asian customers.

Sean began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of twelve, starting his first business in his parents’ garage.
